Riley AI workspace
Terms of Use
Effective July 22, 2026 · Updated July 25, 2026
These terms govern your use of Riley, a consumer service provided by Mythril Systems Inc. By creating or using a Riley account, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Eligible users may create a Riley account in the app, agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, and verify their email address. We may delay or refuse account creation when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service availability. Keep your account secure, do not share credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You must not use Riley to violate law or another person's rights, distribute malware, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, probe another user's runtime or memory, or generate or distribute unlawful or abusive content. You are responsible for confirming that your use of connected services and data is authorized.
AI output and actions
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review important results before relying on them. Riley may browse, create files, use tools, or take actions only within the access made available to your account, but you remain responsible for approvals and for the consequences of requested actions. Riley is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Mythril and its service providers the limited permission needed to process that content to operate, secure, and support Riley for you. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the content.
Third-party services
Riley may connect to AI models, communications services, websites, and tools you choose to enable. Their availability and use may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. Mythril is not responsible for third-party content or services outside its control.
Plans, purchases, and renewals
Riley offers a free tier subject to the usage limits shown in the app. Optional Personal and Pro plans are monthly auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. Before you confirm a purchase, Riley and Apple's purchase sheet show the localized price, billing period, and applicable subscription terms. Your Apple ID is charged when you confirm the purchase.
A paid subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple subscription settings before renewal. Cancellation normally leaves paid access available through the end of the current billing period. You can use Restore Purchases in Riley for eligible purchases made with the same Apple account, and Manage Apple Subscription to review or cancel your plan. Apple handles payment processing, refunds, taxes, and billing under its terms.
Availability and changes
We may update Riley, change features, enforce limits, or suspend service to maintain security and reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled jobs, web access, and tool actions can be affected by external systems.
Suspension, termination, and deletion
Mythril may suspend or terminate access for a security risk, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms. You may stop using Riley at any time and can request permanent account deletion in the app. Deleting your Riley account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription separately through Apple before deleting Riley if you do not want it to renew.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Riley is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. Mythril is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including applicable consumer protections.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Subject to rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes must be brought before the courts of New Brunswick.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Riley changes. We will publish the revised terms and effective date and provide additional notice when required.
